Recognition notes
The COM-7Y2 "Blazing Inferno" is a 25-ton striker built for close-in work, a 3025 field refit of the 2463 COM-1A scout. Where the COM-1A carried a single large laser in the right arm, this configuration strips that weapon out entirely and packs the frame with four medium lasers, one each in the left arm, right arm, right torso, and head, alongside three small lasers in the left leg, right leg, and center torso. Standard armor replaces the COM-1A's primitive plating, and the same 150 fusion engine now pushes the chassis to a cruising speed of 65 km/h and a top speed of 97, well up from the original's 54 and 86. It keeps the low, hard-to-target silhouette of the base design, and as a field refit it is assembled at various sites rather than a single dedicated works.
