Recognition Notes
The Archer ARC-9K is a 70-ton sniper, a 3071 rebuild of the 2458 ARC-1A original. Where the ARC-1A carries a medium laser in each arm, the ARC-9K mounts a Light PPC in the same locations and adds a third in the center torso. In place of the ARC-1A's LRM 20 in each torso, it fields two MML 5 racks in the left torso and two more in the right torso. A larger 280 fusion engine lifts cruising speed from 32 to 43 km/h and top speed from 54 to 65 km/h, and endo steel structure with 13 double heat sinks replaces the standard structure and 10 single heat sinks of the original. A C3 slave unit sits in the head. It is a command 'Mech with reinforced battle fists on both arms and a stable firing platform, built by LexaTech Industries at Hun Ho.
