Recognition notes
The ARC-2W is a 70-ton missile boat, a 3010 rebuild of the 2458 original that trades reach for added punch up close. A heavier 280 fusion engine lifts cruising speed from 32 to 43 km/h and top speed from 54 to 65 km/h, and standard armor replaces the primitive plating of the ARC-1A. Each torso keeps its LRM 20 but now also carries an SRM 4, alongside the medium laser in each arm. It remains a command 'Mech with reinforced battle fists on both arms and a stable firing platform, built by Hephaestus Station at Outreach.
