Recognition Notes
The Archer ARC-7C is a 70-ton heavy missile boat, a 3119 rebuild of the 2458 ARC-1A. The LRM 20 racks in each torso carry over, now guided by a Clan Artemis V fire-control system in each torso, with Inner Sphere CASE II lining both torsos as well. In place of the ARC-1A's twin medium lasers, ER Medium Lasers sit in each arm, and two more ER Medium Lasers face rearward from the center torso. A 350 Inner Sphere XL fusion engine replaces the original 255 fusion engine, lifting cruising speed from 32 to 54 km/h and top speed from 54 to 86 km/h, and standard armor replaces the ARC-1A's primitive plating. An Inner Sphere targeting computer sits in the head. The type carries over its reinforced battle fists on both arms and its stable firing platform as a command 'Mech. Earthwerks Incorporated builds it at Terra.
