Recognition notes

The TDR-9Nr is a 65-ton skirmisher, a 3072 field rebuild of the 2491-vintage TDR-1C. Where the original ran a 235 fusion engine on primitive armor, this configuration carries a 325 XL fusion engine and endo steel structure, lifting cruising speed from 32 to 54 km/h and top speed from 54 to 86 km/h. In place of the twin machine guns, Large Laser, trio of Medium Lasers, LRM 15, and SRM 2, it fields a Large VSP Laser and Light PPC in the right arm, a Streak SRM 6 and three ER Medium Lasers in the left torso, and a pair of Anti-BattleArmor Pods in the legs. The right torso adds a Bloodhound active probe, a C3 slave unit, and CASE, while a Guardian ECM suite sits in the center torso, and the frame is built rugged and field-serviceable. It is listed simply as a Field Refit, assembled at New Avalon.
