Recognition notes
The Atlas AS7-D-DC is a 100-ton juggernaut, a 2776 field rebuild of the 2755 AS7-D that strips out the pair of rear-facing medium lasers from the center torso, leaving the design without any rear-arc weaponry. The forward armament carries over unchanged: a Medium Laser in each arm, an AC/20 in the right torso, and an LRM 20 with an SRM 6 in the left torso. Cruising speed holds at 32 km/h with a top speed of 54, slow for its weight, on the same 300 fusion engine and standard armor. It remains a command 'Mech with enhanced communications gear and reinforced battle fists on both arms, and is produced through field refit at various sites rather than a dedicated factory line.
