Recognition Notes
The Rifleman RFL-7M is a 60-ton brawler, a 3066 rebuild of the 2504 RFL-1N that adds ten tons to the frame. Where the RFL-1N carries a Large Laser and a Medium Laser in each arm, the 7M fields a Light Gauss Rifle and two ER Medium Lasers in each arm, and adds an ER Medium Laser in each torso along with a Small Laser in the head. An endo steel structure and a 240 XL fusion engine replace the RFL-1N's standard structure and standard 240 engine, and standard armor plating replaces the original's primitive armor. Despite the added mass it cruises at 43 km/h and tops out near 65, matching the original's pace, and a Guardian ECM suite now sits in the center torso. The anti-aircraft fire control, fixed searchlight, and enhanced communications gear carry over, and Kallon Weapon Industries builds the type at Thermopolis.
