Recognition Notes
The GRF-2N2 is a 55-ton medium reworking of the 60-ton GRF-1A sniper, and where that 2465 original was built for long stand-off fire, this 2703 rebuild trades weight and reach for a mixed loadout. The Right Arm PPC carries over from the original, but the single Right Torso LRM 5 is gone in favor of twin SRM 6 racks in the Left Torso and Right Torso. A 275 fusion engine, lighter than the GRF-1A's 290, still lifts cruising speed from 43 to 54 km/h and top speed to 86, and jump range grows from 90 to 150 metres. Endo steel structure and ferro-fibrous plating replace the standard structure and primitive armor of the original, and 11 double heat sinks stand in place of the earlier 11 single sinks. A Guardian ECM suite sits in the Left Torso, CASE lines the Right Torso, and the arm carrying the PPC is jettisonable, with reinforced battle fists on both arms.
