Recognition notes
The Griffin GRF-1DS (Almstedt) is a 55-ton skirmisher, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out near 86; a single jump carries it 150 metres. A Large Pulse Laser sits in the right arm and an LRM 15 in the left torso, with CASE lining the left torso. The left arm mounts a hatchet, and reinforced battle fists on both arms mark a rugged, field-serviceable frame. The right arm's pulse laser is jettisonable, and fourteen double heat sinks are fitted. Field Refit turns the type out at various sites.
