Valkyrie C

The Valkyrie C is a 30-ton missile boat that fights at long range, a 3139 rebuild of the 2787 VLK-QA original. Where the VLK-QA mounts a Medium Laser in the right arm, this variant carries a Medium Pulse Laser in the same location, with an LRM 10 in the left torso. An Inner Sphere XL fusion engine replaces the original's standard fusion plant, and Clan ferro-fibrous armor replaces the base model's standard plating. Clan CASE II sits in the right torso, jump range rises from 150 to 240 metres, and ten Inner Sphere double heat sinks stand in place of the VLK-QA's eleven single heat sinks. Enhanced communications gear and an easily-serviced design mark the type, built by Corean Enterprises at its Stewart plant.
