Hermes HER-4WB

The HER-4WB is a 30-ton striker built off the Hermes chassis, cruising at 97 km/h and topping out at 151. Where the HER-1S carried a Flamer in the left arm, this configuration mounts a Medium Pulse Laser there, alongside another in the right arm and a third in the center torso in place of the original's Medium Laser. The engine remains a 270-rated unit but is now an XL fusion type, and stealth armor replaces the ferro-fibrous plating of the 1S; the heat sinks also change from single to double, holding at ten. Both variants carry enhanced communications gear and share a stable firing platform. Irian BattleMechs Unlimited builds the type at its Irian factory.
