Recognition Notes
The Hermes HER-1A is a 30-ton scout, a 2856 rebuild of the 2632 original, cruising at 97 km/h and topping out near 151. It carries the same Flamer in the left arm and Medium Laser in the right arm, with a second Medium Laser in the center torso, unchanged from the HER-1S. The rebuild trades the endo steel skeleton for a standard internal structure and swaps the ferro-fibrous plating for standard armor. It keeps its enhanced communications gear and its stable firing platform, and Irian BattleMechs Unlimited builds it at Irian.
