Recognition notes
The Vulcan VLC-5N is an 80-ton fighter flown in the attack role, built on the same frame as the VLC-3N but with a large laser added in the nose alongside the medium laser and SRM 6 already mounted there. An autocannon/10 remains in each wing, and a medium laser still covers the aft arc. The VLC-5N trades the VLC-3N's Primitive Fighter armor for standard plate, and its 20 single heat sinks outnumber the 13 carried by the earlier model. Roe Weapon Systems builds the type at Apollo, with Bordello Military Goods, Inc. producing it at Antwerp as well.
