Recognition notes
The Vulcan VL-2T is a 40-ton scout, cruising at 65 km/h and topping out near 97 on its 240 fusion engine, with a jump capability of 180 metres. It fields a mixed close-in loadout: a Machine Gun in the left arm, a Flamer in the right arm, a Medium Laser in the left torso, and an AC/2 in the right torso. The design carries a low, hard-to-target silhouette, and standard armor covers the frame. MatherTechno Incorporated builds it at Northwind, with additional production at Tematagi and Coventry.
