Orion ON2-M

The ON2-M is a 75-ton brawler, a 3063 rebuild of the 2453 ON1-C, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. Where the original carried a pair of medium lasers and an AC/5 in the right torso, this version fields three Medium Pulse Lasers mounts split across both arms and the left torso, a Gauss Rifle in the right torso, and an LRM 15 in the left torso backed by an Artemis IV fire-control system and CASE. Endo steel structure and ferro-fibrous armor replace the standard structure and primitive plating of the ON1-C, and the 300 fusion engine is lighter than the original's 360. The frame retains the anti-aircraft fire control and the rugged, field-serviceable, easily-serviced build the chassis is known for. Kali Yama Weapons Industries Inc. builds it at Kalidasa, with production also carried out by Kali Yama/Alphard Trading Corp.
