Orion ON1-MB

The ON1-MB is a 75-ton brawler, a 3058 field refit of the 2453 Orion ON1-C. Where the ON1-C carries a pair of medium lasers and an AC/5, this variant fields an LRM 20 and an ER medium laser in the left arm, an ER medium laser in the right arm, an SRM 4 in the left torso, and a Light Gauss Rifle in place of the AC/5 in the right torso, with a Narc mounted in the center torso. CASE lines both torsos, and the heat-sink count rises from 10 single sinks to 11 double sinks. Standard armor covers the frame in place of the ON1-C's primitive plating, and though the 300 XL fusion engine is lighter than the original's 360 fusion unit, cruising speed holds at 43 km/h and top speed at 65. The type mounts anti-aircraft fire control and keeps a rugged, field-serviceable frame, built as a field refit at various factories.
