Recognition notes
The Orion ON1-V is a 75-ton brawler, a 2799 field rebuild of the 2453 ON1-C original. It swaps down from a 360 fusion engine to a lighter 300, holding the same 43 km/h cruising and 65 km/h top speed. Standard armor replaces the original's primitive plating. Where the ON1-C carries only twin medium lasers and an AC/5 in the right torso, this variant adds an SRM 4 alongside each arm's medium laser, mounts an AC/10 in place of the AC/5, and adds an LRM 15 in the left torso. Anti-aircraft fire control and a rugged, field-serviceable frame mark the type. It's built as a field refit at various sites.
