Recognition notes
The ON1-VA is a 75-ton juggernaut refit of the 2453-era ON1-C, trading the earlier brawler's reach for close-in punch while holding the same 43 km/h cruise and 65 km/h top speed. Each arm now carries an SRM 4 alongside its Medium Laser, and the AC/10 in the right torso replaces the AC/5 of the original. A lighter 300 fusion engine stands in for the ON1-C's 360, standard armor replaces the primitive plating, and the heat-sink count climbs from 10 to 16 single sinks. The frame carries anti-aircraft fire control and a rugged, field-serviceable build, and as a field refit it is assembled at various sites rather than a single factory.
