Mongoose C 2

The Mongoose C 2 is a 25-ton scout, a Clan-tech rebuild of the 2660 MON-66 that keeps its cruising speed at 86 km/h and top speed at 130. Where the MON-66 mounts a Medium Laser in each arm and the center torso, the C 2 carries an ER Medium Laser in the left arm and another in the right arm, with an ER Large Laser in the center torso in place of the third Medium Laser; an ER Small Laser replaces the head-mounted Small Laser. A 200 XL fusion engine replaces the standard fusion plant, and double heat sinks replace the base model's single sinks. The left torso still carries an active probe, and the right torso adds a targeting computer. Cudahy Assembly Plant Delta builds the type at Circe.
