Recognition Notes
The LGB-0W is an 85-ton missile boat fighting at long range, a 2529 rework of the 2480 LGB-0C built on a 340 fusion engine that lifts cruising speed from 32 to 43 km/h and top speed from 54 to 65 km/h. The paired LRM 20 racks in the arms carry over, but where the LGB-0C mounts a Medium Laser in each torso, the LGB-0W fields an LRM 5 in the left torso and another in the right, alongside the Small Laser in the head. Standard armor replaces the primitive plating of the original, and the heat-sink count drops from 15 to 13 single sinks. The type adds anti-aircraft fire control, retains its minimal, weapon-pod arms without hands and fixed searchlight, and is built by StarCorps Industries, with production also at Crofton, Fletcher, and Loburg alongside Emris IV.
