Longbow LGB-0H

The LGB-0H is an 85-ton assault fielded in the sniper role, a 3065 field rebuild of the 2480-era LGB-0C. Where the original mounts an LRM 20 in each arm, this rebuild packs ten Rocket Launchers 10 units into the left arm and ten more into the right, with three additional Rocket Launcher 10 packs in each torso. A PPC sits in the left torso and another in the right torso, in place of the base model's medium lasers and small laser. A heavier 340 fusion engine raises cruising speed from 32 to 43 km/h and top speed from 54 to 65 km/h, standard armor replaces the LGB-0C's primitive plating, and 11 double heat sinks replace the earlier 15 single sinks. Built as a field refit rather than a factory-line variant, it is assembled at various sites rather than a single plant.
