Recognition notes
The Awesome AWS-9Q is an 80-ton assault that fights at long range, a 3057 rework of the 2665-era AWS-8Q. Where the AWS-8Q carries PPCs in the right arm, left torso, and right torso, this variant adds a fourth PPC in the left arm alongside the small laser in the head. Double heat sinks replace the single sinks, and the count falls from 28 to 19, while a Guardian ECM suite occupies the center torso. It cruises at 32 km/h and tops out at 54 km/h, slow for its weight, and carries a reinforced battle fist on the left arm. Lüneburg Vehicle Corporation builds it at Braunschweig, with production at other sites as well.
