Recognition notes
The AWS-11R is an 80-ton assault that fights at long range, a 3133 rework of the 2665 AWS-8Q that trades the three PPCs for a mixed missile-and-rail loadout: a Light Gauss Rifle replaces the right arm PPC, an LRM 15 stands in for the left torso PPC, and an Extended LRM 15 takes the right torso mount, while the head weapon shifts from a Small Laser to an ER Medium Laser. The 240-rated engine is now an XL unit, and stealth armor replaces the standard plating of the original, though cruising and top speeds hold at 32 and 54 km/h. Heat sinks fall from 28 single to 10 double units. The left arm still carries a reinforced battle fist, and Technicron Manufacturing/Irian BattleMechs Unlimited builds the type at Tongatapu.
