Zeus ZEU-5S

The ZEU-5S is an 80-ton assault sniper, a 2788 counterpart to the 2787 ZEU-5T, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. Where the ZEU-5T carries an ER PPC in the left arm, this configuration mounts an Ultra AC/5 in that location, alongside the LRM 15 in the right arm, the ER Large Laser in the left torso, and the Medium Laser in the left torso (rear-facing) and the Center Torso. Standard armor covers the machine in place of the ZEU-5T's ferro-fibrous plating, and it runs 14 double heat sinks against the ZEU-5T's 17. An Artemis IV fire-control system sits in the right arm, and the design is noted as easily serviced. Defiance Industries builds it at Hesperus II.
