Patchwork armor covers an endo steel frame, and CASE lines the right torso to contain any magazine detonation. The design carries a rugged, field-serviceable frame, consistent with its origin as a field refit rather than a factory-line build, and is assembled at various sites rather than a single dedicated plant.
