Recognition notes
The Victor VTR-9B (Li) is an 80-ton assault built around a concentrated bank of ten medium lasers packed into the right arm, backed by an LRM 15 in the left torso. Its 320 fusion engine drives it to a cruising speed of 43 km/h and a top speed of 65, with a single jump carrying it 120 metres. Nineteen single heat sinks manage the output of the arm-mounted laser cluster, and the machine carries standard armor over a standard internal structure. It shows a rugged, field-serviceable frame typical of a field refit, and it is assembled piecemeal at various sites rather than a dedicated production line.
