Recognition notes
The Victor VTR-9B is an 80-ton assault built as a skirmisher, cruising at 43 km/h and reaching 65 km/h, with a jump capability of 120 metres. Its right arm carries an AC/20, backed in the left arm by a pair of Medium Lasers, and an SRM 4 sits in the left torso. Fifteen single heat sinks and standard armor round out the frame, which is built rugged and field-serviceable. HildCo Interplanetary produces the type at its Carver V / Liberty plant, with additional production at other sites.
