Recognition notes
The Victor VTR-11D is an 80-ton assault that fights at stand-off range, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65 despite its bulk. An ER Large Laser fills the left arm, a Rotary AC/5 the right, and a Streak SRM 4 sits in the left torso for closer work when the range closes. Its 320 light fusion engine and endo steel structure allow standard armor plating while keeping the frame rugged and field-serviceable, and a modest jump capability of 120 metres lets it reposition over rough terrain. General Motors/Blackwell Corporation builds the type at its New Valencia works.
