Recognition notes
The SDR-8M is a 30-ton striker that fights close-in, cruising at 86 km/h and topping out at 130, with a 240-metre jump. Where the 3060 rebuild's SDR-5V forebear of 2650 mounted a pair of medium lasers in the center torso, this configuration carries twin medium pulse lasers in the same location. Endo steel internal structure replaces the standard framework, and ferro-fibrous armor plating replaces the standard plating, while the 10 heat sinks are now double strength rather than single. The chassis keeps its easily-serviced design, and Nimakachi Fusion Products Ltd. builds it at its Tematagi line, with field refits carried out elsewhere.
