Recognition notes
The Spider SDR-7K2 is a 30-ton scout, a 3068 rework of the 2650-era SDR-5V, cruising at 86 km/h and topping out at 130 with a 210-metre jump. In place of the twin medium lasers in the center torso, it mounts a single ER large laser in the same location. A light fusion engine and endo steel internal structure replace the standard fusion engine and standard structure of the original, and ferro-fibrous armor replaces the standard plating. Ten double heat sinks stand in for the original's ten single sinks, and the design remains an easily-serviced machine. Nimakachi Fusion Products Ltd. builds it at Lapida II, with production also at Tematagi.
