Phoenix Hawk IIC 8

The Phoenix Hawk IIC 8 is an 80-ton assault, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out near 86, with a jump range of 210 meters. Where the original Phoenix Hawk IIC of 2851 carried a pair of Ultra AC/10s and two machine guns, this 3086 rebuild replaces them with an ER PPC and a pair of Small Pulse Lasers in each torso. A lighter 400 XXL fusion engine takes the place of the base model's XL powerplant, and standard armor plating replaces the earlier ferro-fibrous. The heat-sink count rises from 10 to 16 double sinks, and an ECM suite now sits in the head. Like its predecessor, it is built as an easily-serviced design.
