Phoenix Hawk IIC 7

The Phoenix Hawk IIC 7 is an 80-ton skirmisher that fights at medium range, a role shift from the original's long-range sniping. In place of the twin Ultra AC/10s the torsos now carry paired LB 10-X ACs, and each arm mounts an ER Medium Laser where the base model carried none. A Streak SRM 4 in the center torso replaces the machine gun there, and the head-mounted machine gun of the original is absent. A lighter 320 XL fusion engine replaces the 400 XL unit, dropping cruising speed from 54 to 43 km/h and top speed from 86 to 65 km/h, though a jump of 180 metres exceeds the original's 150. Standard armor plating replaces the base model's ferro-fibrous, and the design remains an easily-serviced one, built by Trellshire Heavy Industries at Twycross.
