Recognition notes
The Phoenix Hawk IIC 10 is an 80-ton assault that fights at close-in to medium range, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out at 86 with a 150-metre jump capability, unchanged from the 2851 original's mobility figures. Where that sniper-role machine paired twin Ultra AC/10s in the torsos with a pair of machine guns, this 3146 rebuild strips out the autocannons entirely: three ER medium lasers fill the left torso and three more the right torso, an ER large laser sits in the center torso, and a second ER large laser is mounted in the head. A hatchet in the right arm gives it a melee option the original lacked, and the heat-sink count rises from 10 double to 16 Clan double. The design remains an easily-serviced one, and Cosby BattleMech and Myomer Research Firm builds it at Kajikazawa.
