Grendel (Mongrel) H

The Grendel (Mongrel) H is a 45-ton striker that fights in close, cruising at 76 km/h and topping out near 119, with a 210-metre jump. Where the Prime configuration carries an ER large laser and an ER small laser in the right arm, this configuration mounts a Heavy Large Laser alone in that limb, and its left arm keeps the ER Medium Laser. In place of the Prime's Streak SRM 6 the right torso fields a Streak SRM 4, and the head carries an ER Small Laser rather than an ER Medium Laser. Two additional double heat sinks bring the total to 14. The frame is built rugged and field-serviceable, and Arcadia BattleMech Plant CM-T15 produces it at Arcadia alongside other sites.
