Grendel (Mongrel) C

The Grendel (Mongrel) C is a 45-ton striker that cruises at 76 km/h and tops out at 119, with a 210-metre jump. Where the Prime configuration carries three ER Medium Lasers, an ER Large Laser, an ER Small Laser, and a Streak SRM 6 spread across the arms, torso, and head, this configuration strips the loadout down to a single ER Medium Laser in the left arm, an LB 10-X AC in the right arm, and an Anti-Missile System in the left torso. The heat-sink count drops from 12 double to 10 double alongside the lighter weapons fit. The frame remains rugged and field-serviceable, and the design is built by Arcadia BattleMech Plant CM-T15, with production also carried out at other sites.
