Goliath GOL-7R

The Goliath GOL-7R is an 80-ton assault that fights at long range, a 3133 rework of the 2652 original that keeps the same 43 km/h cruising speed and 65 km/h top speed on a 320 light fusion engine. In place of the PPC in the right torso it carries a Gauss rifle, and the two machine guns give way to a pair of ER medium lasers, one in the left torso and one in the center torso; the twin LRM 10 racks in the left and right torso carry over from the GOL-1H. Light ferro-fibrous armor replaces the base model's standard plating, and CASE II lines both the left torso and the right torso. Heat sinks drop from 17 single to 10 double. Brigadier Corporation builds the type at its Oliver plant.
