Recognition Notes
The GOL-7C is an 80-ton juggernaut that closes to short range, a 3133 rebuild of the 2652 GOL-1H sniper. Where the original carried twin LRM 10 racks, a PPC, and paired machine guns for long-range fire, this configuration replaces them with a pair of Streak SRM 6 launchers in the left and right torso, an Ultra AC/10 in the right torso, and ER medium lasers in the left torso and center torso. CASE II lines the left torso, and a lighter 320 light fusion engine drives the same 43 km/h cruising and 65 km/h top speed as the GOL-1H. Light ferro-fibrous armor replaces the base model's standard plating, and the heat-sink count drops from 17 single to 12 double. Brigadier Corporation builds the type at its Oliver facility.
