Firestarter (OmniMech) FS9-OG

The Firestarter FS9-OG is a 45-ton striker that fights close-in, cruising at 65 km/h with a top speed of 97 and a 180-metre jump capability. Where the FS9-O carries twin Large Lasers in its arms alongside a pair of Flamers in the right arm, this configuration fields three Medium Lasers in the left arm and an LB 5-X AC in the right arm, dropping the arm-mounted Flamers in favor of the autocannon. The Center Torso flamer and rear-facing Center Torso flamer carry over from the base configuration. In place of the Beagle active probe in the right torso, this configuration mounts CASE there instead. It keeps the reinforced head cowl and the maintenance-intensive build of the base machine, and is built by Coventry Metal Works and other licensed manufacturers.
