Firestarter (OmniMech) FS9-OF

The Firestarter FS9-OF is a 45-ton sniper that fights at long range, cruising at 65 km/h and topping out near 97, with a jump range of 180 metres. Where the FS9-O configuration mounts a single Large Laser in each arm, this configuration pairs an ER Large Laser with an ER Medium Laser in each arm. In place of the base configuration's arm-mounted Flamer, this configuration carries an ER Small Laser in the Head, alongside the Flamer in the Center Torso and the rear-facing Flamer in the Center Torso. It carries thirteen double heat sinks, one more than the base configuration's twelve. Both configurations share a reinforced head cowl and a maintenance-intensive design. Coventry Metal Works builds the type at Coventry, with production at other sites as well.
