Dervish DV-6Mr

The DV-6Mr rebuilds the Dervish for close-in fighting, where the 2520 DV-1S was built as a missile boat. In place of the single SRM 2 in each arm, this configuration mounts a Medium Pulse Laser and a Medium Laser in both the left and right arm, while the LRM 10 in each torso carries over from the original. A heavier 275 fusion engine lifts cruising speed from 43 to 54 km/h and top speed from 65 to 86 km/h, and jump range extends from 90 to 150 metres. Standard armor plating replaces the DV-1S's primitive armor, and ten double heat sinks stand in for the original's ten single sinks. The type keeps its hyper-extending arm actuators and its easily-serviced design, and is built by Coalition Armory, Inc. at Filtvelt, with field refits performed elsewhere.
