Recognition notes
The CPLT-K2 is a 65-ton heavy that fights at long range, a 3050 field rework of the 2561 CPLT-C1 missile boat. Where the C1 mounted an LRM 15 in each arm, the K2 carries an ER PPC in the left arm and an ER PPC in the right arm, and the medium laser in the left torso and medium laser in the right torso carry over unchanged; the pair of medium lasers in the center torso is gone. Double heat sinks replace the base model's single heat sinks, rising from 15 to 18. The arms remain minimal, hand-less weapon pods, and the head is still a fragile mount. It is a field refit built at various sites rather than a single dedicated plant.
