Recognition Notes
The CPLT-C5A is a 65-ton missile boat that fights at long range, a 3068 rebuild of the 2561 CPLT-C1 that keeps the same cruising speed of 43 km/h and top speed of 65, with a 120-metre jump. Endo steel structure replaces the standard internal frame, and each LRM 15 in the arms now carries an Artemis IV fire-control system. In place of the four plain medium lasers, the design mounts ER medium lasers in the left torso, right torso, and a pair in the center torso, running off 12 double heat sinks rather than 15 single. CASE lines the left torso, and the machine still shows minimal, weapon-pod arms without hands and a fragile head. Hollis Incorporated builds it at Corey, with field refits handled elsewhere.
