Catapult CPLT-C4C

The CPLT-C4C is a 65-ton missile boat that fights at long range, a 3055 rebuild of the 2561 original. Where the CPLT-C1 carried an LRM 15 in each arm, this variant mounts an LRM 20 in the left arm and an LRM 20 in the right, and its bank of four medium lasers is replaced by a Large Laser in the right torso and a Small Pulse Laser in the center torso. A Beagle active probe sits in the left torso, and a lighter 260 XL fusion engine takes the place of the base model's 260 fusion engine, with 10 double heat sinks in place of the earlier 15 single. Cruising and top speeds hold at 43 and 65 km/h, and jump range stays at 120 metres. The type keeps its minimal, weapon-pod arms without hands and its fragile head, and Hollis Incorporated builds it at Corey.
