Recognition Notes
The CPLT-C5 is a 65-ton missile boat, a 3061 rebuild of the 2561 CPLT-C1 that trades its twin LRM 15 racks in the arms for a single Arrow IV in the right torso. Where the C1 carried a Medium Laser in each torso and two in the center torso, the C5 fields ER Medium Laser weapons in those same four locations. Endo steel structure replaces the standard internal structure of the original, and CASE now lines the left torso; the heat-sink count drops from 15 single to 12 double. Cruising speed holds at 43 km/h with a top speed near 65, and a jump of 120 metres carries over from the C1. The design keeps an armless configuration and a fragile head, and Hollis Incorporated still builds it at Corey.
