Recognition Notes
The STG-5G is a 20-ton scout that trades the STG-3R's mixed close-range arsenal for a single Light PPC in the right arm, backed by a PPC capacitor in the same limb. Where the 3076 rework carries an XL fusion engine and endo steel structure in place of the 2479 original's standard fusion plant and standard structure, its cruising speed climbs from 65 to 76 km/h and its top speed from 97 to 119 km/h, while the 180-metre jump capability carries over unchanged. Ten double heat sinks replace the original's ten single sinks. The design keeps its rugged, field-serviceable frame and cramped cockpit, and Bergan Industries builds it among other manufacturers, with production at its Ares facility.
