Sentinel STN-6S

The STN-6S is a 3135 rebuild of the 2651-vintage Sentinel, shifting the chassis from its original scouting role into a sniper. Where the STN-1S carried an AC/2 in the left arm, this variant fields an Ultra AC/5 in the same location, and the SRM 4 and Small Laser in the right torso give way to a pair of Thunderbolt 5 launchers alongside an ER Medium Laser, all three sharing the right torso. A 240 Clan XL fusion engine and Inner Sphere endo steel structure replace the original's standard fusion engine and standard framework, and 10 Inner Sphere double heat sinks stand in for the STN-1S's 12 single sinks. Inner Sphere CASE II now lines both the left and right torso, protection the original lacked entirely. Cruising speed holds at 65 km/h with a top speed near 97, and Defiance Industries builds the type at Hesperus II.
