Recognition Notes
The STN-4D is a 3063 rework of the 2651 Sentinel, recast as a 40-ton striker where the STN-1S served as a scout. In place of the AC/2 in the left arm it carries a Rotary AC/5, and the SRM 4 and small laser in the right torso give way to a single ER medium laser. Endo steel structure and ferro-fibrous armor replace the original's standard structure and armor, and CASE lines the left torso. The type still cruises at 65 km/h and tops out near 97, and it retains the enhanced communications gear of the STN-1S. Defiance Industries builds it at Hesperus II.
