The Rifleman IIC 4 is a 65-ton sniper, cruising at 32 km/h and topping out at 54, a modest pace for a design of this weight. Where the original Rifleman IIC carries four Large Pulse Lasers across both arms plus an ER Small Laser in the head, this variant thins the arm batteries to one Large Pulse Laser per arm and adds an ATM 9 launcher in each arm alongside it, dropping the head-mounted laser entirely. The active probe in the center torso is gone, and standard armor replaces the ferro-fibrous plating of the original, while the heat-sink count falls from 19 to 16 double sinks. Anti-aircraft fire control and enhanced communications gear carry over unchanged, and the type is built by Complex H-4 CCC at Homer and by Trellshire Heavy Industries at Twycross.
