The Rifleman IIC 3 is a 65-ton juggernaut fought at closer range than the 2845 original's sniping role, cruising at 32 km/h and topping out near 54, with a single 90-metre jump to reposition. Where the base Rifleman IIC mounted paired Large Pulse Lasers in each arm, this variant carries a Heavy Large Laser and an Ultra AC/2 in the left arm and the same pairing in the right, trading the original's four pulse lasers for a mixed energy-and-autocannon arrangement. The ER Small Laser in the head is absent, and the active probe moves from the center torso to the head. Standard armor replaces the base model's ferro-fibrous plating, and the heat-sink count rises from 19 to 21 double sinks. It keeps the anti-aircraft fire control and enhanced communications gear, and Complex H-4 CCC builds it alongside Trellshire Heavy Industries.
