The Panther PNT-CM is a 35-ton sniper, a 3051 field refit of the 2739 PNT-8Z that trades the older machine's brawling loadout for reach. Where the PNT-8Z carries a Large Laser and an SRM 4, the PNT-CM mounts a PPC in the right arm alone and fits a C3 master computer in the left torso. Heat sinks fall from 14 to 11 single units, while the 140 fusion engine, standard armor, and 120-metre jump range carry over unchanged. It still cruises at 43 km/h and tops out near 65, and as a field refit it carries no single manufacturer or factory of record.
